I've found the information in File > Account from PowerApps Studio if that helps?

You can get your session details from the studio backstage, account and clicking session details.

Thanks for everyone's patience today - we have identified the issue and are in the process of mitigating it, you should see improvement already. We are working on a root cause analysis to ensure this issue doesnt occur again.

Not sure if it's related, but I'm seeing a new issue with a combo box.  I posted the issue in another thread but see that this one seems to be getting the most direct feedback.  When a user selects a ComboBox, the selections appear at the bottom of the app (almost off screen).
