Query relational SP lists - delegation

Hi,

I'm trying to list all items on a child list if certain criteria is met on the parent list. But the result is partial due to delegation.

ClearCollect(AllMyReviewHeadersColl, Filter(TimesheetHeaders, Status = "In Review",EmpNo in MyEmployeesAppColl.EmployeeNo));

'Collects all headers from SP list TimesheetHeaders with status "In Review" and reporting to me - works fine

ClearCollect(AllMyReviewLinesColl,SortByColumns(Filter(TimesheetLines, FKTimesheetHeaderID in AllMyReviewHeadersColl.ID),"Modified",SortOrder.Descending));
)'Collects all lines from SP list TimesheetLines with an FKTimesheetHeaderID (number column) existing in AllMyReviewHeadersColl - this seems to only query the first 500 TimesheetLines which I guess is normal behaviour.

Any idea how to write a query or a maybe a different approach?

Re: Query relational SP lists - delegation

Hi @roli_,

This is because that the formula you used has parts  that cannot be delegated. 500 is the default number of records. This number can be changed by going to the File tab, selecting the App Settings in the left hand navigation pane, and looking under Experimental features. Here you will find the "Data row limit for non-delegable queries" setting which you can change from 1 to 2000. This setting is app wide.
