hi,
The inconsistenty in behaviour of my radio buttons has been driving me crazy for past 24 hours. Just discovered the pattern of inconsistency but dont know why.
Below is an photo of the screen. There are 4 groups of radio buttons. Each one exhibits the same behaviour.
When the Radio Button has to display a value from the current record, and that value is the same value that was just displayed from the previous record, no radio button is selected. For example below you can see the "Status" radio button. Nothings selected. "Status" should be set to 3rd option - "Low - Work Order" as indicated under it by "Data Card Value"=3. All the data cards(for the radio buttons) hold the correct values. They are not the problem. The Radio button wont display the value and this happens when the previous record displayed in this form had same value(eg. 3) for this field.
I can give more info about the controls and there properties but was hoping this behaviour might be enough to indicate the problem. Thanks
Hi @TonyAu,
I can reproduce your issue. This is how Radio reacts when first time loading:
This is how it looks like when just navigate to another display form that has the same selection in Radio control.
I will try to report this and see if there is any suggestions. Before updating, please use Dropdown control to display the values instead as a workaround.
Regards,
Mona
We are having the same issue, it's causing very frustrating data loss and our staff really prefers the radio buttons due to the speed at which they try to use the form. Hoping the bug fix comes soon!!
Any updates on this?
