Re: Random Error on data access

Hi @seccard, have you shared the excel file with the 3 users?

Yes I have shared with all users in my organization

Re: Random Error on data access

I was also seeing this error very frequently. It was random, not everyone would get the error, but...

I had shared the entire folder that the Excel file instead of the actual Excel file.  You need to explicitly share the file, not the folder to your users (sharing the folder might still be needed, depending on your app, so don't unshare).

Here's the URL that states this:

For me, once I went in and reshared the individual file, I stopped hearing about the error popping up for users.

Hope that helps.

Re: Random Error on data access

Hi @seccard,

Do you share the file itself or the File Folder that contains the file to your users?

Are these 3 users internal users within your Org or external users?

I agree with @WI-User-01's  thought almost. Please check if you have shared the Excel file itself rather than the File Folder to your users.

Please also take a try to re-share the Excel file to the 3 users individually, then try your app again, check if the issue is solved.

In addition, please also consider ask the 3 users to re-create a connection to the OneDrive for Business connector within your shared app, then try it again, check if the issue is solved.

Hi @seccard are you still receiving this error? If so, please review the information provided by @WI-User-01 and @v-xida-msft and advise if it solves your issue.
