Remove border from Gallery View

Is there anyway to do this?  If I set the border for the Gallery control to white, 0 thickenss and No border style I still get a blue line in between.  There seems to be an underlying datacard you cannot access.  I want to create a card view, like Google Now in Android.

Thanks

Re: Remove border from Gallery View

Hi

My wild guess. Are you using custom layout and there are BLUE lines between each gallery card?

If, yes, then it is a SHAPE.

Click and select to remove / delete. It is not a background nor template color.

Hope my guess is correct.

Re: Remove border from Gallery View

Hi

If you click on Gallery, you will see Gallery.Template appear on top of the dropdown menu. Choose the template color as you wish.

Meantime, when you click on Fill, you can also change the color.

Template color - is for the gallery

Fill color - is for the background.

Please try all these combination and you will get your wish color.

Hope this helps.

Re: Remove border from Gallery View

Thank you but it did not work, the dividing lines inbetween persist.  Thank you for trying.

You can also try reducing the TemplatePadding property to 0 - that will make all the items "together" without any separation between them.

Still have the lines.  Not the worst thing in the world.

Re: Remove border from Gallery View

You were correct, when I held down ALT and looked really hard I saw the tag for it hidden behind another control.  Thank you!

Re: Remove border from Gallery View

Hi hpkeong, This comment just helped me out so much - I didn't realize you could separate the TemplateFill from Fill and by using contrasting colors, create the appearance of a border/separation between the items. Thank you!!!!
