Hi,

Powerapps maintains versions of apps. Click on Apps Settings --> Versions..and download the version you are looking for.

Do you want to restore your PowerApps app to previous version?

If you want to restore your PowerApps app to previous version, please check the following article:

Please go your PowerApps Portal (https://make.powerapps.com), then click "Apps"-> Find your app-> Click "Details" option of this app, then switch to Versions tab. The screenshot as below:
