I know a few people have asked for this but i cant see an answer, what i would like to do is edit the service desk program (sorry App) area is one field i want to edit to add more and change a few items, the next would be the assign to no matter how much i look i cant find the spreadsheet or the variables some have suggested looking in one drive but i cant see this, there must be a file that it looks at to give the option but i cant see it.

Did you choose the OneDrive for Business option when you made the app initially?  If so, the Excel file that the app uses is in your OneDrive for Business, in a PowerApps folder.  There you will find a Templates folder and you should see the ServiceDesk_... folder in there.

I hope that is helpful for you.
