Hi.
I got 2 poweraps, one phone layout and one tablet layout. Both apps are using the same connection to an Azure sql database, and are using the exact same tables.
The phone app I have shared successfully with some users in my organization, by the use of Azure AD. These useres can use my phone app without any problems.
The table app failes to share to the exact same users. The failure "Internal Server Error in Azure Resource Manager".
I have tried both "User" and "Edit" rights for the users. Both failes.
I am the "owner" of both apps.
What is wrong here?

Azure is currently experiencing pretty big issues at the moment. The entire VSTS and Resource Manager infrastructure seems to be affected.
PRELIMINARY ROOT CAUSE:
1) A severe weather event, including lightning strikes, occurred near one of the South Central US datacenters. This resulted in a power voltage increase that impacted cooling systems. Automated datacenter procedures to ensure data and hardware integrity went into effect and critical hardware entered a structured power down process.
2) As a result, non-regional services, such as Azure Active Directory, encountered an operational threshold for processing requests through the South Central US datacenter. Initial attempts to fail over into other datacenters resulted in temporary traffic congestion for those regions.
ENGINEERING STATUS: Engineers have successfully restored power to the datacenter. Additionally, engineers have recovered a majority of the impacted network devices. While some services are starting to see signs of recovery, mitigation efforts are still ongoing.
Myself and many others are having problems similar to yours. We can't save any work either in the powerapps environment or within VSTS.
Hopefully it gets fixed soon. We have been at a standstill all day.
