Show values on a drop down according to a filter

Hi there,

I have a sharepoint list with my drop down (as Title) ,  i have a column called 'Valid' and if that is set to YES then it shows that column in my drop down, and if it is set to NO then it doesnt show.

I am trying to come across the working formula for this :

I use :

Sort('List'.Title,Title)

- and this gives the drop down all Title columns within the list but i want it to filter if Valid is "YES" so i have done this :

Sort('List'.Title,Filter('List', Valid = true))

This does not seem to work , any ideas?

Re: Show values on a drop down according to a filter

Hi,

Your column Valid is a type boolean or a type text ?

I ask you that because you say values are "YES" and "NO" but in your function you put "= true"

If it's not the problem, you should try with that conception :

Sort(Filter(List;Valid = true).Title;Title)

Or :

Sort(Filter(List;Valid = "YES").Title;Title)

Best regards 🙂
