A property management company inspects properties half yearly or more frequently if the owner requests an inspection.
The property management company employee during the inspection takes a number of photographs with a brief text explanation for photos using Power App on their mobile device.
Ideally the photographs need to be uploaded to SharePoint list property name folder (for example property 1, property 2). Within the property 1 folder a new folder is created and the Power app upload image, text date is used to name the folder.
Is this possible?
Or would it be better to use SharePoint list attachments option provided photos and text message can be added to specific property listing using this choice?
Management and employee need to be able to search for images, text as these items will be added to a landlord Word report. The property data needs to retained as a property audit record. Management need to be able to evaulate what maintenance has occured over of time.
Thank you.

Hi @CABIRD,
Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?
Do you want to use a PowerApps app to capture photographs and upload them into your SP library folder (e.g. property1, property2,...)?
If you want to use a PowerApps app to capture photographs (using Camera control) and upload them into your SP library folder (name it with text date), please check the following blog:

@v-xida-msft I tried this method, work for my account, but the app say "Unauthorized" error when Another USer used my app.
I added the user and change permission to "Owner' but why it still failed?
