Sorry, something went wrong

None of our apps are accessible, all we are getting is

Sorry, something went wrong...

To fix it, sign out and try again.

I have opened a ticket with the powerapps team but have not gotten a response in 24 hours.  This is happening across multiple machines, browsers and OSes.  Any ideas?

It started two day ago.

Thanks

Re: Sorry, something went wrong

If your browser has more than one microsoft account loged then you will get the above issue, try clearing the browser cache.

Re: Sorry, something went wrong

I wish that was the issue, I cleared cache, spun up a new VM to test a fresh copy of windows, and it is happening to all end users as well.

Check whether the logged in user has permissions to view the app.

As the owner of the app, I cannot log in to make any edits or view it.

Sorry for the trouble.  Could you please share a session ID (expand the error to see it)?  Thanks!

Re: Sorry, something went wrong

Could you please provide a session ID?  To get the session ID, please follow these steps:

Launch Chrome browser

Login to https://web.powerapps.com

Click on Apps on the left panel

Click on an app you would like to open

After the page finishes loading, click F12 to open up the developer menu.

In the console window, type the following and hit enter.

You should see the session ID in the window.

Re: Sorry, something went wrong

When I go to https://web.powerapps.com

I am redirected to login.microsoft.com I authenticate, I am redirected back to https://web.powerapps.com

I get the purple orbs throbbing, after a few seconds I am presented with the sorry page, which I have attached.
