Thanks for providing the Session ID. I can see that you can't start an app from your log. I'll look into this and get back to you as soon as possible.
Sicne clearing cache doesn't work for you, to help you mitigate this issue faster, I'd also suggetst trying republishing your app if possible.
I've having exactly the same issue and trying to edit the app through the Web studio but to no avail.
