Trying to use if statement in Image to go from loading 'spinner' to green tick not working.

Following the example here

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Discussion/Animate-objects-in-PowerApss/td-p/2519

I have the following in my onVisible property of my screen

UpdateContext({loadInSiteCheck: true}); Set(heartBeatDateTime,InSiteConnector.GetStoreHeartBeat({rowlimit:1,server:selectedServer,ordercol:"RowInsertDateTime",order:"DESC"})) ; UpdateContext({loadInSiteCheck: false})

And in my image (Image property)

If(loadInSiteCheck,"7d707b62-bb0c-4828-8376-59c624b2937b","success")

The first image is an animated gif, the second a success tick.

When I go to the screen, nothing happens though. The image is blank. I tried adding the file extension to the names too (e.g. .gif and .png) but no change. What am I missing?
