Two-way communication using Skype within PowerApps

Is it possble to have a full skype integration that allows for a dynamic two-way communication within PowerApps ?

Ideally, the PowerApp user is able to send messages to the skype user and the skype user is able to send messages back to  Powerapps. Is this something possible ?

 

Currently, I know there is a way to only a send a message to skype user, but would the skype user also be able to send a message back to PowerApps?

It seems that sending messages back to PowerApps cannot be achieved so far. If you need this feature, please try to add an idea in below forum so that it might be considered for future release:
