Hi,

I am quite new on the subject Smiley Happy

My app is simple, I want to create a phone directory with picture of my contacts.

I want to be able to add people.

How can I upload a picture in the EditScreen and then use it in the BrowseScreen ?

Re: Upload image in EditScreen and then use it in the BrowseScreen

Hi Jessicaf31,

Before you creating an app, you should have a data source. So what’s your data source?

Say you are using Excel table as data source, hope this documentation could be a reference for you:
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/add-images-to-excel/

If you are using SharePoint list, the image column of SharePoint is currently Read-only, so we are not able to save images from PowerApps to SharePoint.
https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/tutorials/connection-sharepoint-online/

I have seen another blog, I guess it could be a reference for you:

Please check these articles for a reference, if you need more help, please feel free reply.

Best regards,

Re: Upload image in EditScreen and then use it in the BrowseScreen

Hi @v-yamao-msft

thanks for your answer.

Yes I have a sharepoint list. I don't necessarily want to save the image in Sharepoint, juste use it when uploaded...

Not possible then ?

Yet, that's a pretty basic feature...

Thanks again !
