Users unable to submit forms to OneDrive for Business



I created an app for users to submit a form containing a photo (taken from the app itself) and some text. The form is saved in an excel file located in my OneDrive for Business account, and works just fine for me.


The problem is that when I share the App with my coworkers, they get an error message when the app opens, saying that the tables (to which the app is connected) could not be retrieved from the server. This happens when the excel file is shared with a "Can Edit" level. I "solved" this giving them "Full Control" permissions, in the sense that they no longer get the error message. However, they are still unable to submit the forms. After clicking the submit button, the app stays loading for 5-7 seconds, and after that it fails and the form returns to its default values.




What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your response @yudhvirc. Is there any estimate on how long could it take to fix this issue? Just wondering if I have to come up with a different approach/solution to the project that I'm working on in case this is expected to be a long term fix.
