View Multiple Forms on the Same Screen on Click of Button

Hi,I have built a canvas app and facing this issue. I have added 3 different forms on the same screen and set the visibility rule on the click of the button to show the relevant form. i.e On a Activity screen with three buttons of phone, mail & appointment and corresponding 3 forms. On click of phone icon have set the form visibility as true for phone form and false for email and appointment. But still  I find the forms to be overlapping. The connector i have used is D365 Customer Engagement. Any solution to this would be of great help. Thanks in advance.

Re: View Multiple Forms on the Same Screen on Click of Button

HI @Spurthi ,

Could you please share a screenshot about the issue within your app?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

Please take a try with the following workaround:

Set the OnSelect property of the "Phone" button to following:

Set(ShowForm, "PhoneForm")

Set the OnSelect property of the "Mail" button to following:

Set(ShowForm, "MailForm")

Set the OnSelect property of the "Appointment" button to following:

Set(ShowForm, "AppointmentForm")

Within the screen, set the Visible property of the Phone Edit form to following:

If(ShowForm = "PhoneForm", true, false)

set the Visible property of the Mail Edit form to following:

If(ShowForm = "MailForm", true, false)

set the Visible property of the Appointment Edit form to following:

If(ShowForm = "AppointmentForm", true, false)

Please take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved on your side.
