I get an error message saying that the sign in is required, even though I've aunthenticated it with my account multiple times. The issue messes up workflows and whole applications. This is what it looks like:
Have you tried clicking the 'More' link in the dialog to see if there is any further explanation?

I met this similar problem before.
Usually it's related to your network.
Please check your network's condition.
Try to clear your browser's cache and update it to the latest version.
And then try to reopen PowerApps.
