What Technology is PowerApps using to Render App to DOM?

I'm wondering what technology PowerApps is using to render HTML to DOM?  I thought it might be Angular but looking at HTML it looks like some custom technology.  Are there any plans to migrate PowerApps to Web Assembly (WASM).  MS is developing Blazor.  I think the new name is Razor components.

After some researching, it seems that there isn't any documentation talking about how PowerApps render HTML to DOM. And it also seems that no plan is mentioned to migrate PowerApps to Web Assembly (WASM). You could add an idea in PowerApps Idea forum to ask about it here:
