I have about 12 pages that I go through with every page using the Yes/No Field. When I check it to say Yes and click Next it will switch back to No, but if I click the back button and try again it will work.
This is what I am using for the Next button.
The back button looks like this.
Could you please share some images of how your page(s) look like because I don't understand your problem fully.
What does this check have to do? Does it "unlock" the next button or something else? Why is the Yes/No field required to proceed?
What does this toggle do?
If you don't do anything with it, I guess it will revert back to No no matter what if you don't do anything with the Yes value.
Well that's what I'm thinking anyway.
Once again does this toggle do something, and if you click next do you go to the next page?
The toggle is a yes\no field in Sharepoint online used for a checklist. If the item is present then the person filling out the form will click the toggle from No to Yes.
Clicking Next brings you to the next page for another set of toggles to check off.
You need to connect this Toogle/Boolean to a storage like a Global Variable if it crosses screens. Or to a List like a sharepoint list.
Otherwise, like the other person said. It will just revert back tot the default position.
How can it remember your choice?
Don't forget to submit form. You cant just go to next page. Go Submit Form then hook up navigate to the OnSuccess field. Create Popup it the Submit failed on the On.Fail
Then you have to submit your values from your toggles into your SharePoint list before you navigate to the next page.
So your next arrow looks something like this:
Or use the Patch function to save the values from the toggles to your list
I am using the patch function to save which is working fine. What doesn't make sense is why will the toggle work if I click the back button, select the toggle to yes again, then click Next.
The workaround was to change it from Edit Toggle to Edit Options.
Everything else works, I have 11 different pages with a button to navigate to the next page finishing up with a Patch function to save the item to SharePoint.
Yes thats an interesting little problem.
With the patch, the data does an auto refresh right? Are you using collections or writing direct to SP lists?
Just asking some more as I have run into these little quirks in the past and not been able to work it out until I changed a control like you have.
But I found that it a control that I didnt originally want.
The issue is happening before I even click on the patch function. I have also been able to reproduce this on another tenant with a completely new form. When I do submit the form via a patch it is going to an SP list.
