asset checkout, return assest

I'm currently working on an app that mimicks the "Assest Checkout" sample app.

My question is, is there a way to have manually return the assest instead of waiting the fixed amount of time that was selected while checking it out?

Re: asset checkout, return assest

Hi @Anonymous,

Yes, there is a way to manually return the assest.

Currently I only find out two fields which need to update with, one for the Ressests table, another is the Products table.

Once the Ressest has been returned, we need some information to match the proper record, then use patch to update the corresponding fields.

Adding some function reference:

Filter, Search, and Lookup functions in PowerApps

Patch function in PowerApps

I will make some tests on this.

Regards,

Michael

Re: asset checkout, return assest

Hello, sorry to raise this case after almost 2 years but I am stucking with this same point. I took this template "Asset Checkout" but my knowledge of Powerapps is very poor. Is anyone that could help me (us) ? I try to add a simple button to refurbish the stock (+1). I tried a lot of things but nothing helps. Thank you for the help you could provide.
