ok so i am not a tech guy i have just learned through my company about power apps and i can see some ways to use it but i seem to have tabs missing that all the tutorials have??? I have
File, Home, Insert, View ,Action. on the lest of my screen and ?, Preview, Undo, Redo, Share your app on the right, so it looks ile i am missing Design , Content, Screen and the 🙂 . what is going on and how do i sort this
Don't know by Content tab, did you mean the Gallery/Image/... tabs that will show only after you add the corresponding controls?
Or maybe the videos that you are watching is showing the old UI version of PowerApps, and now we are using the latest version. What is the feature/button that you are searching for on these missing tabs?

I am trying to evaluate the idea of using a business process flow to streamline the process of document review.
In the below microsoft video at around the 36:48 mark, they show exactly what I would like to create with a "business process flow" on the top of the screen, and the document being reviewed in a "content" tab at the bottom.
