Re: create row to crm on-premise using Flow

Hi @Akbulut1,

It is Documented as unsupported to modify the SQL Database with SQL commands for Dynamics CRM on-premise directly. As within PowerApps, or Microsoft Flow, the corresponding SQL action is executed as SQL Commands, there is no suggestion that could be offered with the SQL actions.

Quoted:

"UnSupported customizations

Data (record) changes in the Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement database using SQL commands or any technology other than those described in this documentation.

"

Th Dynamics CRM on premise builds up its entity based on the SQL Server table, usually there are SQL Views to deal with the corresponding Entity reference.

For the related field, there are also relationship table used to maintain two entity relations, and system fields which generated automatically when a new record is created.

If a record is created by SQL commands directly, the system fields may not be generated automatically, some other settings, like audit, Email matching may also not work as expected.

If there is a need to update data, please take a try with the Dynamics on-premise APIs, you may use the custom connector to deal with the Data modification.

Connect to On-premise APIs through Gateway

Or consider take use of the Common Data Service, and then "Sync" the data into Dynamics on premise, a blog for your reference:

Leveraging PowerApps with Microsoft Dynamics On-Premise

Or if that is considered to be not available, please consider switch to the PowerApps idea board, to suggest the Product team to add support for Dynamics On Premise.

Similar idea has been submitted:
