filter date with combo or dropdown

Dear,

I have this problem

I connected my app with an excel sheet,

in the attachment there is a dropdown on the left and a combo on the right (multiple select not permitted)

in the Items property there is for each:

Distinct(Table;Day)

I would like to filter my Gallery

there aren't problems with the filter with the combo

Filter( Table; Day in ComboBox4.SelectedItems)

I'm trying to Filter my Gallery with the dropdown with no success

for me it's indifferent choose the way to filter (dropdown or combo)

but in the combo results are not dates but numbers

what to do?

Re: filter date with combo or dropdown

Hi,

If you want to use a Dropdown, what is the function you used to process this ?

Can you Copy/paste to us ?

I would have do like this :

Filter(Table, Day = Dropdown.SelectedText.Value)

What type of number do you get ? Numbers for date values ?

Thank you for your answers,

Louis

Dear Louis,

thanks for the answer

I tried few days ago with the dropdown something similar you suggest me, so if I try with

Filter(Table, Day = Dropdown.SelectedText.Value)

I obtain not compatible because on the left there is a Datetime and on the right a Text

instead

In the combo I have eg: 1561939200000 for 1st July 2019 02:00
