Hi, we use PowerApps and Flow to create salary slips and email to staff. The emails are sent to each individual staff one by one by MS Flow on the salary payment day. The quantity is about 250 in a month. The emails subjects are the same and contents are almost same either except the values which is related to different staff. The problem is every time after MS Flow sent the emails, the sender’s email account seems to be blocked, can’t send or receive any email. I think most probably outlook server regards them as spam emails and disabled the sender’s email service. Is there any solution to this problem? If this can’t be solved, then it doesn’t make sense to use PowerApps and Flow for such task. Attached is the screen copy of the email from Outlook. Thanks.
