Re: how to send image captured in PowerApps to Dynamic365(CRM)

Hi @rchavhan ,

Do you want to save images to Entity?

How to capture an image? via camera?

You can try to use Patch function to get that. please refer to the following formulas:

Patch(Products,First(Products),{'Product Image':Camera1.Photo})

This formula is to patch the camera image to the first record of entity. If you want to patch to other records, just modify the First(Products) part. For more reference about Patch function: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-patch

Beyond that, using gallery and form is also great to submit a image to entity, please refer to this Blog: http://mscrmshop.blogspot.com/2016/06/crm-and-powerapps.html

Hope this can help.

Best regards,

Sik

Hi Sik,

Yes I want to store images in a record of entity. I have tried this approach but I am still getting errors. Can you tell me more about it, here I am attaching screenshots of my code. Please tell me how to move further in it.
