i would like to trial power apps. How can i do that?

I would like to try out Power Apps.  I have no experience with microsoft development.  I have a postgresql database and am looking for an easy way to CRUD and front end without a bunch of procedural code.  Is this a valid solution, and if so, how do i get a trial to see if it will work for me?   I have tried to start a free trial, but when i go through all of the process, it eventually tells me that my IT department does not have me configured to do that(paraphrase).  But I dont have an IT department...

Hi @Bob2,

If you would like to test with PostgreSQL with PowerApps, you will need to start the Plan 2 trial, as PostgreSQL is defined as premium connections.

Is there anyone I can have a conversation with regarding this sofware?  I am sure that the content on the link makes sense to someone, but not to me.  I simply want an application generator.  Surely there is someone out there who makes a decent one.
