lock controls in forms

Hi. I have a PA form which I can set the number of columns to wrap the controls etc. e.g. I have 4 columns and all 4 columns are populated.  I can also change the position of the control e.g. datacard to a specific column and row which is fine.

The problem is this setting does not lock the control to that position and if I have a datacard that I make invisible all the other columns shift along and puts everything out of place.

Is it possible to lock down the position?  At this point I cannot use a canvas and manually place my controls as I am using multiple choice values from a sharepoint list and they only seem to work on a Form.

Re: lock controls in forms

Hi @Gargoolgala,

If you customized the DataCard, then there is no way to Lock it. You need to first delete it and then add it again from the Data Panel.

Besides, currently based on what I know, there is no way to lock down the Card position within the form control, you may consider submit this an idea in the following site:

Adding the DataCard reference:

Understand data cards
