model-driven app

Our company is using Office365 Business Essential plan.

If we want to develop model-driven app for internal use,

do we need to buy Dynamic365 plan or Power Apps plan?

We have a developer who is using Office365 Business Essential plan,

does he need to subscribe additional plans in order to create the model-driven app?

do we need to buy any plan to run the model-driven app?

Thanks,

Joe

Re: model-driven app

Hi @JoeAu,

Which license does your PowerApps belong to?

If you want to develop Model-Driven app within your PowerApps, you should purchase PowerApps Plan 2 license for your PowerApps at least.

If the developer who is using Office365 Business Essential plan wants to develop Model-Driven app within his PowerApps environment, he should subscribe PowerApps Plan 2 at least.

More details about the license requirements for creating Model-Driven app within PowerApps, please check the following article:

Best regards,

Kris

Re: model-driven app

Thanks Kris.

If I have the Business Essential license and just want to use the created Model-Driven app,

do I also need to buy PowerApps Plan 2 ?
