I have question regarding PowerApp offline capability.
I have Dynamics 365 V9.0 and i created canvas app for V9.0 and it is working in offilne too.
I have other Dynamics v8.2 environmnet and I have created canvas app for v8.2 but here it is not running in Offline mode.
Is there any limitation that Power Canvas App offline capability will only support for Dynamics v9.0 ?
does any one faced such issue?

I could not reproduce your issue on my side currently. In addition, I could not find any article about the limitation in PowerApps Canvas App offline capability is only supported for Dynamics v9.0.
