powered offline for CRM 8.2?

Hi Expertise,

I have question regarding PowerApp offline capability.

I have Dynamics 365 V9.0 and i created canvas app for V9.0 and it is working in offilne too.

I have other Dynamics v8.2 environmnet and I have created canvas app for v8.2 but here it is not running in Offline mode.

Is there any limitation that Power Canvas App offline capability will only support for Dynamics v9.0 ?

does any one faced such issue?

Any response from your side will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Re: powered offline for CRM 8.2?

Hi @Dexx3336,

Could you please share a bit more about the error message within the offline app (connected to Dynamics v8.2)?

I could not reproduce your issue on my side currently. In addition, I could not find any article about the limitation in PowerApps Canvas App offline capability is only supported for Dynamics v9.0.

Dynamics 365 v9.0 has added external features and improved some existing features from Dynamics 365 v8.2. More details about new features in Dynamics 365 v0.0, please check the following article:

If you could provide more details about your Offline Capability PowerApps App, we would provide a proper workaround for you.

I retested and it works for D365 v8.2 in Offline mode.
