using picture as rating function instead of Control(rating stars) to give rate and have value

hello guys, I really need help for this.....Im creating a voting apps to give rate a mark/value in each team..

and I using custom button as rating level instead using control(rating stars) function....the first problem im using this code and the data go inside excel will creat new row in every emoji....refer picture 1 and 2

Patch( Table1_7, Defaults( Table1_7 ), {NAME: User().FullName, INNOVATION: "poor" } )

________________________________________________________________________________________________________

 

after that Im using this code using patch but no data go inside excel table... refer picture 3 and 4

 Patch( Table1_1,  LookUp(Table1_1, NAME = User().FullName), {INNOVATION: "Poor"})
