I have a scenario where I want 1 form with multiple fields (say 3 fields for this example). On submitting the form I want to save the data of each field to a different SharePoint list. So in this example I have 3 SharePoint lists. Then on submitting the form:
- the data in field 1 should be saved to SharePoint list a
- the data in field 2 should be saved to SharePoint list b
- the data in field 3 should be saved to SharePoint list c
It is important that as user I only see 1 form, on 1 page.
