2 problems with App having Excel data located in OneDrive

I tried creating my own app in parallel with the tutorial app, but having 2 problems. 1. When I edit an existing item, it works, but then doesn't take me back to the list as it does in the demo. It just stays on the edit screen. 2. When I try to create a new item, it spins for a while, then displays the last item in the table. My submit button has the following: SubmitForm(EditQuoteForm) Thanks!
