256 rows limit getting rows from excel

256 rows limit getting rows from excel. I am not able to get more than 256 rows from excel located on ftp in flow. I have 400 rows in excel. It only gives me 256 rows.

Accepted Solutions

I believe 2048 is the limit currently

By default, the Get Rows action for the Excel connector will only return back 256 rows. In order to get more rows, you will want to set the "Maximum Get Count" underneath the advanced options to a larger value.

As an example from one of my Flows:

I did that but I still get 256.256.png

For now I had to create 2 excel sheets... one with 256 and other with 144. Please advise.

Hello AmitLoh,

Could you rerun the scenario and let us know if you are still facing the issue?

You should be able to get the rows upto 2048.

Hi Suresh,

I am still getting the same error as my previous screenshot. I increased my max count to 400 but debugging flow for each shows only 256.

I would like to take a look at your flow and relevant configuration. Could you send us your flow name?

Can you please give me your email address?

I have attempted to add an Excel spreadsheet with more than 256 rows and I have the same issue.

I have also tested with different Flow templates, same issue occurs.
