Is the 500 record limit per sharepoint list data source or is per app? I'm using a couple of sharepoint lists which collectively will soon be reaching 500 records, just wondering if this will be a problem or not.
It seems that the maximum number of records returned by any query in PowerApps is 500. See here:

I have the same issue I Have a SharePoint List where there are lot of records more than 5000. Is it possible to get all the records from the SharePoint List.
I think it is possible with the new function they introduced in January that is called StartsWith because thats a delegable function that is supported by the SP connector.
