A lot of work for one button

There is a task to make a report for operators working in an enterprise with several machines.
I created a report application. The operator launches it and sees screen 1, on which it selects the current date, machine, shift and last name.

After which, it appears on screen 2.

On the screen, he enters the current work and the numbers associated with it, after which, presses the "+" button and here are the problems.
I need that after pressing the "+" button
In the "end of work" field, the current time was set.
The data from both screen 1 and screen 2 are embedded in a common database.
The "start time" field was set to the current time.
Some of the fields were cleared.
The cursor moved to the first field on screen 2.

How to do what I need right? Can this somehow fit into the action of one button?

From your post I can see you have one big question "how can I do multiple actions with one button press" and also several smaller questions.  I am going to address the big question.

In general, you can execute mutliple commands by separating them with a semi-colon ( ).  Here's an example.  You could place this code within the OnSelect property of a button and it would execute 3 commands.

Set(myVariable1,"Active");
Set(myVariable2,"Inactive");
Set(myVariable3,"Terminated");

If you would like help with the smaller questions I would suggest you make a forum post for each of them.  I think it would be easier for the community to help you that way.
