Starting ~Friday of last week, all PowerApp Exports (web.powerapps.com/three dots/Export) are now marked as "dangerous" by Chrome and I'm unable to bypass it.
Here is what the Downloads tray shows:

This happened to me today also. To workaround:
Click the "Show All" button which appears on the right/bottom of the screen once download file is created.
Then google presents a window of downloads.
From here you can find your desired file and click "Remove from list".
It is not ideal but it works.

Yes, I am experiencing the same issue. First thing I tried was to clear the cache and browsing history. Then switched browsers and the problems persisted. I can only do a workaround now.
That’s cool. And while it’s nice that “workarounds exist” it would be even better if Microsoft saw our feedback and fixed it NOW before the other 2.5M users of PowerApps experience the same.
I don't think its a good idea to circumvent a security scan like that.
