Hello,
PowerApps access requests are currently sent to the application owners, which is not ideal, only as a default.
My PowerApp is shared with an Office 365 group, and I need access requests to be sent to the owners of that O365 group.
I develop the app, but I don't approve/reject access requests, so I have to forward them to the appropriate people, and I don't want to make them owners, and even if I would, I would still be receiving the access requests.
In SharePoint you can specify who should receive access requests for each site, something similar would be required here as well.
How about a flow that monitors your inbox for emails where the subject fits the pattern of an access request that forward the request to the group admin?
That would be overkill. As a temporary workaround I created an Outlook rule to redirect these e-mails, but that's not something that MS should expect users to do.
not to mention that the access request is coming in the language of the requester, not the owner....
