In the app I am developing, we want to include several PDFs of PowerPoint presentations that we created previously. However, when we download the PowerPoints as PDF, save them to SharePoint, and copy the link into the Excel, an error shows in the PDF viewer in PowerPoint.
How/where can we save these files so that the links will work with PowerApps?
To access pdf from PDF viewer, add a PDF viewer control, and set its Document property to the URL, enclosed in double quotation marks, of a PDF file as in this example:
The control shows the PDF file.
I must be missing something very simple because I can't believe that this could be complex...
I have added a link to a PDF uploaded in a SharePoint library but the PDF Viewer shows a grey screen and no PDF.
I even tried your example link (after changing it to the needed https link because http is not accepted!) but still a grey screen.
I then tried a working PDF that is online visible: "https://www.unison.org.uk/content/uploads/2012/05/test_12.pdf"
Of course all options with the suggested quotation marks but result =
"The Microsoft PDF Viewer sample App works fine .."
Sort of, if you click a couple of pdf's in the sample and then go back to one a second time they do not display for me. Just a grey box. Bug or demo code, not looked yet.
