Add Choice to dropdown populated from Database?

Hello all: I am loading a drop-down from an Azure SQL Datasoure, which, and then the drop-down selection is sued as a filter for a gallery. Is there a way to add an "All" selection to see all the records without adding All to the database? I tried this in the Dropdown Items: Items =["All", Dummydata], but no joy. Thanks for any ideas!
