Add Media Content Type

Hello,

I'm trying to use @RezaDorrani 's 2019 method of uploading files to a Sharepoint Library using the Add Picture control (LINK) but running into a snag. 

- I'm using the .Image property of the Add Picture's Image control (just like in the video)

- PowerApps is encoding all files as Content-Type: image/png

- Example: Here is a PDF being passed to Flow by PowerApps as an image/png

- I can see in the screenshot of Rezas video that files are properly encoded based on file type:

How do I force PowerApps to properly encode each file type? Do I need to manually do this now?
