I have been experiencing problems with loading images into a collection, taken with the "Addmediabutton" control. The error results in a crash. This has happend on multiple devices, but android (kitkat and pie tested) and iOS (12+). Sometimes the app crashes as soon as you return from the native camera app, other times you can take some pictures before a crash, and in rare instances I can add "infinite" (10+) pictures without a problem.
Is this a bug or am I running into some limitations of the platform or my devices?

Since it covers several different platforms I would suspect that you are running into an issue with the amount of memory available to store collections, media, and variables in local storage in PowerApps. Here's an article that talks about some of the storage limits in PowerApps.
Looks like your session id was from an authoring (Studio) session.
Can you clarify if the crashes are occurring in the Studio, the player (web player or mobile players), or both?
I do see that there was an error in that authoring session, but it doesn't look like a crash.
Could you also get a player session id, if it's not too much trouble? (Directions can be found HERE.)
Also, thanks for reporting this issue in the first place!
I have thought of that as well, but the oldest phone we are testing are crashing less, than some of the newer phones with 3 times the memory (of course it might be related to the OS).
Thank you for the article link, it shed some light on the processes happening in the background.
The crashes are only happening in the mobile app, both on iOS and android. It only occurs when returning from the native camera app, not when adding a file from the filing system.
I haven't tried it on desktop, since I don't have a webcam connected.
