Adding Screen

I have a main screen that has a "Data Table" with a mssql connector with a hyper link column. I want it to link to a "details" screen to the same DB as the main screen but to a different table.

1) I can't find how to edit the mssql connector to be able to choose multiple table

2) how do i do the link from the first screen?

I have no MySQL Database to connect to but I would assume that it behaves the same like other connectors e.g. SharePoint.

So for each Table (Lists in SharePoint) you want to connect to you need to add a new connection.

To navigate to a details screen you have to:

1. On your main screens DataTable select a column and change the OnSelect Property for this column to

2. Create a new Details Screen and name it "detailsScreen"

3. Add a DataTable to you Details Screen, name it detailsDataTable and link it to the details table (You need to add a new connection for this)

3. Change the Items Property of your detailsDataTable so it loads the relevant "details" of the item you selected on your main screen e.g.

Filter(myDetailsMySQL_DetailsTableConnection,id = varItem.ID)

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.

hi there can you share your need with more detail an perhaps a screen shot.

  • A gallery may be a better way to go to access the hyperlinks in your table.
  • what does this details screen look like?
    • you can collect the sql data based on the query you have or
    • if its a stored procedure use power automate
