Adding a shared Team Calendar from Teams Sharepoint connecting to outlook.office.com

I do not want to use a SharePoint List and cannot because we already have a Team Shared Calendar. I can create an Events List using WebParts on our Sharepoint but want the actual calendar to display so I thought I would create a PowerApp Calendar to insert since Sharepoint online and Outlook Calendars don't seem to play nice with each other. I am creating a CalendarTablet App right now and can link to my personal Outlook Calendar but cannot get the PowerApp to display my Team Shared Calendar. Pasting this link as the data source or in place of claendar name using the OnStart code below does not work and again only displays my calendar events. Everything I can find seems related to using SharePoint Calendar List and that is not acceptable because the repeat event function does not work properly in SharePoint List Calendars. Any assistance would be appreciated as trying to build something maintainable by anyone with or without coding experience for future maintenance.

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to get your Team Shared Calendar using Office365.CalendarGetTables().value formula in your app?

 

If you want to get your Team Shared Calendar using Office365.CalendarGetTables().value formula in your app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently,

 

The Calendars the Office365.CalendarGetTables().value formula returned only contain Birthdays, Calendar and United States holidays.

 Yes that is exactly what we are wanting to do. Display the actual Shared Team Calendar from our Microsoft Teams SharePoint site. It has been suggested before in the APPIdeas thread you pointed out. It makes no sonse that we can capture the Past, Present, and Future events using a Web Part in Sharepoint and PowerApps, but cannot actually display the calendar? SharePoint Lists have have very limited Event Repeat features and cannot make use of Categorization. Thank you for the reply but this does not hep resolve the issue. Hopefully, somone with coding experience will see this develop something that I am sure there are plenty of people would make use of. We are trying to be Micorsoft Teams and SharePoint compliant per our company's guidelines and diretions but it very difficult when Microsoft refuse to provide the tools we are requesting.

Is there any way to submit the email of the Shared Calendar user? For example, I am d-larsen@xyz.com and the team calendar under Outlook is using team.calendar@xyz.com email address even thogh it's dummy account SharePoint/Outlook create for the Shared Team Calendar. Instead of the PowerApp picking up my email address from SSO, can we tell tell it to pick up the alias Shared Team name?
