Adding image in email body and fowarding PDF from PDFreader template

Hello,

I have 2 doubts, I'm using PDF reader template (from PowerApps), so I've added a button to send these PDFs by email, this email is sent to a person using the app

1.) I want to add an image as a signature to an email that I'll be sending to myself or to other people, I have this program

Office365.SendEmailV2(
                      User().Email,    /* <-- Specify the email address you want to send this email to */
                      ThisItem.PDFName,
                      "",
                       {
                         Attachments: Table({Name: ThisItem.PDFName & ".pdf", ContentBytes: ThisItem.PDFSource, '@odata.type':""})
                       }
)

In the middle of the email, I want to add the company logo (image), how can I do this?

2.) The second question, is possible to, instead of sending this email to the user, have the option of being able to send this email to someone else? such as forwarding?

Thank you in advance

Re: Adding image in email body and fowarding PDF from PDFreader template

Hi @Anonymous ,

For your first question, do you want to embed your Company logo as Inline image within your Email body rather than as attachment file?

If you want to embed your Company logo as Inline image within your Email body rather than as attachment file, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

For your second question, do you want to send an email to other users? You could consider add a Dropdown box or ComboBox control within your app, set the Items property to following:

Office365Users.SearchUser()

then specify the DisplayName property as display value within the the Dropdown box or ComboBox.3.JPG

Then you could modify your Office365.SendEmailV2() function as below:

Office365.SendEmailV2(
                      Dropdown1.Selected.Email, /* <-- Specify the email address you want to send this email to */
                      ThisItem.PDFName,
                      "",
                       {
                         Attachments: Table({Name: ThisItem.PDFName & ".pdf", ContentBytes: ThisItem.PDFSource, '@odata.type':""})
                       }
)
