Hi @zavmaxim ,

I agree with @zavmaxim thought almost. You could change the "Data row limit for Non-delegable queries" option to maximum value -- 2000 within Advanced settings of App settings of your app.

If your Excel table records is not more than 2000, the above solution could achieve your needs.

Hi @zavmaxim

I don't completely understand what you're trying to describe here.

Are you saying that you're unable to create new records? That is, after August 17, any records that you attempt to create in your app do not save correctly in OneDrive?

If you could include some formulas and screenshots, I'm sure that would help us better answer your question.

Main screen you see records before and after August 18Main screen you see records before and after August 18Records done August 17Records done August 17August 17 you can see all images and recordsAugust 17 you can see all images and recordsAugust 18August 18August 18 already no ir4cordsAugust 18 already no ir4cords

And if you go to One Drive and open Excel file you will see records from 17 and 18 and in image folder you will find images from 17 and 18

the app work as usual BUT after you close the app and open it again, you can not see the records done after August 18.

Hi @zavmaxim

How many records do you have in your spreadsheet? There is a 2,000 row limit so if it exceeds that value, that could explain the problem.

It is still less then 500 and, as I said, the records successfully stored in spreadsheets on OneDrive, but You can not see them in the app AFTER log off/ log in. Until you do not log off you see all records that you created.

Hi @zavmaxim ,

Could you please share more details about your issue?

Do you mean that your canvas app could not display records stored in your Excel file inside the Gallery after log off/log in?

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. I think this issue may be related to Excel table connection or Power Apps Version.

Please consider remove the Excel table connection from your canvas app, and then re-create a new connection to your Excel table from your canvas app, then check if the issue is solved.

In addition, also please consider edit your canvas app using following previous version of Power Apps, then make some changes to your canvas app, then re-publish your canvas app again, check if the issue is fixed:

Thank You all for support!

Your recommendations push me to test different things:)

And I find that some how the records after line 500 in excel ARO not reachable………

After I deleted 100 lines from the top the rest information become visible!

Can You direct me where to change the limitation?

@zavmaxim

This is where you configure this setting. The maxium value you can set this to is 2,000. If your Excel spreadsheet exceeds 2,000 rows, you will experience the same problem again.
