Allow user to add more fields

I would like a powerapp form that is attached to a SharePoint list that has a text field.  The field will capture Step1 of a procedure.  The user can dynamically add more fields for Step 2, Step 3, etc.  All steps can be saved to SharePoint list.  Any thoughts?

There is no functionality available in PowerApps to change the underlying schema of the SharePoint list.
