An Error Occurred.

I have a Powerapps application that I'm trying to pass a querystring parameter.

When it loads, I receive a message 'An error occurred'.

Is there a way that I can tell what this error is?
Is there a way to pass a ?ID=XXX parameter while editing the app?

When editing in the PowerApps Studio you could just set the ID in a variable and use the variable instead of the value being extracted from the URL parameter.
