Android / iPad Drop Down Not Working

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue where the drop down UI does not work on android or iPads. On an iPhone 7 Plus, the drop down field populates as shown in the attached screen shot.

For Android and iPad, the drop down does not work (open to show choice options) or allow the user to begin typing to auto-populate options.

Any suggestions? Is a known issue?

Thank you!

Re: Android / iPad Drop Down Not Working

Hi @bchrinian,

I just tested the Combo Box with Android device, and it works from my side.

The loading time is a little longer but, it works.

ComBo box control  would first list all the available values if there is no search string entered, and it will return the search results with the search string.

Could you please share more details about the configuration of the Combo Box control, including the customizations?

Regards,

Michael
