Anyone available for hire?

I am looking to create 4 items that will accomplish the following:  It will likely require power app, MS Flow, Sharepoint.

1. Chart review (R2D2) ultimate goal: automatically send email to person that review needs to be accomplished, determine who still needs review for them to select from, they do review on form and submit, completed form is then emailed to the reviewee and spreadsheet on sharepoint updated that it was accomplished.

2. RESET Reflections: once a month email comes out to members, they click and are taken to form to submit a gratitude, they select if keep private or share, they are able to pick who to share with.  Submit.  It then checks off spreadsheet that it was accomplished in sharepoint and sends it to share w/ whomever they selected to share with.

3. PI Project: team can click link, go to form, put information about their PI project and submit, goes to chief to verify, then populates sharepoint that PI project is vetted.

4. Teamwork score:  once monthly form is sent out (automatically) that asks folks to rate each other on how they are to work with, quick list of names and scale of how good of team player they are.  Then, submit, and goes to spreadsheet and verifies teamwork tally done and then sends report to reviewee w/ summation of scores and comments.

Hi @stacyfaith22 ,

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to send schedule email to these members, click the Link in the email body to launch a canvas app, ask them to submit record using Edit form?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think the combination of PowerApps and Power Automate could achieve your needs. More details about launching an app form via clicking URL Link in email body, please check the following threads:

If you want to send a schedule email using Power Automate, I think the "Schedule-Recurrence" trigger could achieve your needs. The flow's screenshot as below:

Within your app, set the OnStart property to following:

Set(ParamValue, Param("IsEdit"));
If(
   !IsBlank(ParamValue),
   NewForm(EditForm1);Navigate(EditScreen)
)

Please consider take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.
